Portable and fun

 

Newegg as always is first rate company. Package arrived on schedule and was well packed. I would highly recommend Newegg.

Christmas gift for daughter to use at college and around her dorm and campus. Compact and very easy to use. With it she can shoot and share short videos with us on-line. Picture quality and sound is good considering this is a low-tech piece of hardware

Worth the money!

 

Great camera for the price, would consider buying another should the need arise.

Newegg shipped fast, was here 2 business days later! Camera is very simple, user friendly and takes pretty good video. Got it for my wife, she loves it. No problems with it as of yet

If you're looking to take professional videos, look elsewhere. If you want an easy to use and quick camcorder this is it

Limited application

 

I actually returned the flip I purchased from NewEgg.com, but have had opportunity to use an identical model.

Cheap and simple. Also, since it takes regular AA batteries, you don't ever get stuck waiting on a replacement battery pack

There is no optical zoom, and the digital zoom pegs at 2x. That, and the limited resolution, 640x480, really only makes this camera suitable for video recording drunks at close range. Still, you'll have to realistically spend twice as much to get a...

Nice unit

 

Everything is integrated -- from the USB interface to the software you can use for editing

Software never really worked on our machine. I believe it requires XP SP2 but I had no desire to update the OS just to get the camera working. Kind of frustrating
