very difficult to use - no support line. No backlight. Transferring books via emolink is hit and miss. Manual looks clear with its instructions but transferring music is not as simple as it may seem. In fact I have not managed to use this feature yet....

Easy to use and set up. The stylus is very good and the reaction when using it, it is very responsive and good. The scrren size is ideal and the different fonts are easy to see.

Reader is great, good screen size and weight.It is easy to use, really like the calendar and appointment feature. well worth the price!

Problems downloading the cd contents, and found it strange that when plugged into pc, the pc does not pick up on it or recognize it. Honestly haven't put much effort into resolving this yet. went online doenloaded my books and got reading

Very good ebook reader for the price of it. Does everything you'd like an ebook reader to do. I have my univerisity textbooks downloaded onto it and the writing app on it is great for annotating parts of the text book

The on/off button is in a bad spot, easily pressed when holding the ebook reader Hated having to put books one by one into libraries on the ebook reader (this cannot be done on a computer as far as I know) Don't like that I can't rename books/files...

It's hard to switch off. Sometimes I have to try several times before I can get it to power down.

After reading bad reviews about this product I found it so easy to use compared to the comments made by other people who have reviewd this item. I read the instructions thoroughly and found the set up simple however I am not sure if you can buy books...
