I shopped very carefully for this TV, researched many reviews and looked in the store at a handful that seemed to be the best from the reviews, and best value. This TV had the best in-store picture hands down. Out of the box, the TV performed quite...

Picture quality was fantastic when the product was received, with rich color and great black/contrast. Great while it lasted.

The 3D quality is poor, intermittent failure requiring active 3D glasses to be turned off and on to reset. Panel failed twice in 2 years.

"Most expensive mistake I've ever made"

 

Started ghosting immediately out of the box. Not when I paused it... it would just randomly happen. I lowered the contrast and obsessively used scroll. Nothing worked. Kept ghosting and after about 2 months, permanent burn-in. None of this was covered...

Lots of internet options.

Ghosting, burn-in, entire panel fried after just over 1 year
