I was very pleased with this item, and it was very easy to use

We checked a lot of shops for a filter coffee machine and they only had one model. We found variaty at Argos and a the filter coffee machine easy to clean that we were looking for.

Easy to get started, nice clean design. All coffee makers in this price range tend to look a bit plasticy but this is no worse or better than any other. Relatively compact and the water reservoir comes off for easy cleaning and refilling. Timer works...

Bought to replace a Bosch Tassimo, it does what I wanted. Fresh coffee without the mess. Throw away paper filter that's easily recycled. (Local council recycles food waste). Use any coffee instead of being restricted to one brand. So far so good.
