Too small makes noise when heating up also doesn't heat up properly

No bad points - door handle would enhance product.

I have found that the plastic covering over the touch pad gets worn very quickly

Will not fit into a Howden wall cabinet without removing the back and hacking a slice out of the wall. (This is not a fault of the microwave!)
