there is nothing to stop bottom draw from crashing on to floor which happened to me breaking crockery

It is a wonderful dishwasher and replaced our 16 years old Neff product and far superior to the old machine. It is quiet, fairly speedy operation, plenty of program choices and produces clean crockery. We would thoroughly recommend this machine also...

Slightly more difficult to load than our old machine as more complex, but one adapts and gets used to it.
