cuttelry tray is rubbish keeps falling over not enough room for it

Spray arm catches on large plates, Flimsey biuld quality

having a large family this 14 placemachine comes in handy, that means we do not have to do two loads every time.

Very good wash. Quiet. Looks good. For awkward crockery, the lower basket can have bars removed so that it is a basic basket.

Door is very hard to open. roller of tray has broken already

Not enough space for stacking dinner plates ,hard to stack compared to our old Indesit dishwasher.

The lower basket is terrible, it does not hold any plates of any size. No matter how you load it they all fall over or rest against each other & not wash properly. I contacted Smeg customer services & complained that I felt the bottom basket was not...

I was going to say value for money - but as I had 2 faulty machines , I have nothing good to say about this machine.

Loading system - absolutely appalling ! The first machine I had was damaged in transit and the door wouldnt open - the 2nd leaked all over my kitchen floor , ruining my laminate and neither Smeg or the company I bought it from would accept liability !
