Lots of onboard stuff, easy to install, quiet. HDMI to HDTV worked awesome. Just connected it to my HDTV and everything from the bios to Windows XP showed up on my tv. Much better experience over Nvidia cards

With the exception of the ATI video, onboard stuff is low to average quality. You know Asus, I wouldn't mind paying a premium for a Creative Labs audio chipset

The main pro is you get a small case, power supply, and motherboard all ready for you to add parts

It's as silent as the grave. It also runs much cooler than anticipated. HDMI and Optical Audio make for easy home theater integration. The on-board video works much better than I thought it would.
