Simple easy to use and the steam generation good.

Even though it says it has a filter for hard water it couldn't cope with the hard water in our area and so I use filtered water. The size of the water tank was smaller than expected, if it had been larger I would have rated the features at 8.

the water compartment is not on the iron which stops the iron leaking out water
