This is a great product for the inner thighs. Although not as hard as you initially think. Keep at it and go till it burns, you'll love the results !!

An average purchase. Its great for shaping the inner thighs how ever I find it uncomfortable and found it moves whilst your training.

Good exercise for strengthening muscles

Does what it is supposed to. Guidance notes provided but lots more exercises can be thought up. Perhaps a little underpowered, - I was getting bored after 25 repititions! Perhaps a larger more powerful model could be considered.
