Breville - Silver café style sandwich press VST049

This is the best toaster I have ever had, you can make a tasty toastie from almost anything and it is so easy to clean

Bought this today and discovered the plates are totally flat. The image on the box gives the impression that the toasties will have griddle lines, however this is a misrepresentation! Going to get a refund.

I have used the toaster on only three occasions to date and I am not overly excited about it. My early impression is that it is not as good as my previous toastie maker

It makes excellent toasties in a very short time, not tried anything else yet but will be doing, I am sure paninies will be just as good

This panini maker is so good. It's compact so doesn't take up much room and makes great panini's. Much better than a sandwich toaster.

Every time I use it , it smells like burnt. If I have a Panini or wrap for two minutes only the toaster starts to smell like burnt. I don't know why exactly.
