This is a great tool for hanging drywall on wood studs. I have not used it for metal studs so I can't comment on that. Had an old Dewalt that was ruined in a flood. I looked around and asked some pro friends of mine and this was their recommendation....

This gun is the best I've used. It spins at 4500rpm, faster than almost all of the competition. You can order it with a factory 50ft cord. You can get a auto feeder as well as an extension to reach high ceilings. This is all around great tool.
