Great product! I paid the extra to take away my old machine, and connect the new one. Apparently they are not allowed to disconnect, reconnect. I am 68 years old. It was an easy procedure, but they would not help me!

I bought this product on the reviews that it was quiet and on product info it had spin speed at 53db but on the product when it came it said it was 78db. We wanted a quiet washing machine as it is a living kitchen and just the same a my 8 year old LG...

It's an ok washer for the price I paid but I wish I'd have done more homework on it before purchasing I was desperate for a washer as mine had just blown up and this was a quick delivery that was in stock at the time,the quick wash was what I was after...
