Excellent product, works like a charm, clothes come as clean as can be and despite the long time needed to complete some of the cycle, it works great. I particularly love the steam function or the towel/heavy load mode.

This LG washer is superior to earlier LG's in a lot of ways, and they weren't bad to begin with. The technology takes longer to wash, but uses much less water and detergent and gets the clothes really clean. I am happy to recommend this washer.
